About the Role:
A prestigious London fertility clinic is seeking a highly skilled Fertility Nurse (RGN) to join their team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment, contribute to exceptional patient care, and advance your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for treatment schedules and provide nursing consultations.
- Conduct injection training sessions and manage consent forms.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures proficiently.
- Collaborate with the medical team on daily reviews, document patient care, and update treatment summaries.
- Advise patients on ongoing care plans and protocols after positive pregnancy tests, including liaising with specialists for referrals.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) specialising in fertility care.
- Expertise in phlebotomy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient consultations and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage treatment schedules and patient documentation.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 55,000 per annum plus bonus.
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays with an option to buy and sell leave.
- Flexible working hours: 37.5 hours per week across a 5-day working week, with the option to condense weekly hours into 4 long weekdays and 1 in 4 weekends.
