About the Role:
This exciting role is for a dedicated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home in the Eye, Suffolk area. You will be part of a team providing the highest quality care to residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote resident well-being and provide high-quality care.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, outings, and companionship.
- Encourage independence and support residents with daily routines and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Genuine desire to care for others.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a care setting (preferred).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Excellent salary of 12.50 per hour (23,400 per annum).
- Permanent, full-time role (36 hours per week).
