About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! We need individuals to act as regular customers, evaluating stores and services in a variety of settings. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys shopping and wants to contribute valuable feedback for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pose as a normal customer in retail stores, restaurants, or other establishments.
- Assess customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Conduct specific tasks, such as mobile phone inquiries, trying on clothes, ordering meals, or underage alcohol checks.
- Complete assignments as detailed on our Job Board.
- Submit detailed reports on your experiences.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform various tasks in different settings.
- Detail-oriented approach to feedback.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
