About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free service with various assignments. You’ll act as a typical customer in a variety of situations, providing valuable feedback on products, services, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a ‘normal customer’ in stores, on the phone, or at home.
- Assess customer service interactions and store cleanliness (or other specific requirements based on the assignment).
- Conduct store visits, phone inquiries or home demonstrations as directed.
- Complete assignments as detailed on the Job Board.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various situations as a ‘normal customer’.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and thorough feedback.
- Experience in similar tasks is preferred, but not mandatory.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Wage equivalent to National Minimum Wage, based on the complexity of the assignment.
