About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves evaluating retail experiences and providing feedback on a variety of tasks, from in-store interactions to online queries. You’ll experience shopping as a normal customer, assessing aspects like customer service, store cleanliness, and product displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store and online mystery shopping assignments.
- Provide detailed feedback on customer service interactions.
- Evaluate store cleanliness and product presentation.
- Assess compliance with regulations (e.g., underage alcohol purchasing).
- Complete tasks according to the specific requirements of each assignment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and act as a ‘normal’ customer.
- Willingness to engage with diverse retail environments.
