About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves discreetly evaluating shops and services, providing valuable feedback on customer service, store cleanliness, and product displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various shops and businesses, posing as a regular customer.
- Assess customer service and product quality.
- Report on store cleanliness and compliance with standards (e.g., age verification).
- Carry out mobile phone enquiries, try on clothes, or order and enjoy a meal as part of the mystery shopping assignment.
- Provide detailed feedback on your experience.

- Proficiency in carrying out tasks.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Fees paid based on complexity of task, equivalent to National Minimum Wage.
