About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting various retail locations to assess customer service, store cleanliness, and other factors, and reporting your findings. Choose from various tasks, including in-store visits, telephone inquiries, or home demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores as a disguised shopper to observe and evaluate customer service, product displays, and store environments.
- Conduct in-store assessments to check compliance with policies (e.g., underage alcohol sales).
- Carry out telephone inquiries, home demonstrations, or other designated tasks.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on customer experiences, store conditions, and compliance.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observational skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording observations.
- Experience in retail or customer service (desirable, not required).
