About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores and shops, providing feedback on customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. Youll be posing as a normal customer and your feedback helps improve the shopping experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various shops and stores to carry out tasks like trying on clothes, making phone enquiries, or assessing store environments.
- Provide detailed feedback on various aspects of customer service and the shopping experience, ensuring objectivity and accuracy.
- Assess compliance with company policies, including underage alcohol purchasing checks (if applicable).
- Submit detailed reports and assessments on the stores visited.
- Occasionally, order and enjoy a meal for a structured evaluation, ensuring detailed assessments are submitted.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain objective and provide impartial feedback.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to complete detailed reports.
- Familiarity with various retail environments is beneficial.
