About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves posing as a regular customer to evaluate stores, services, and products, providing valuable feedback to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert shopping assignments at various stores and locations.
- Assess customer service, store cleanliness, and product availability.
- Document observations and provide detailed feedback on experiences.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to provide detailed, honest, and constructive feedback.
- Strong customer service experience is preferable.
- Confident and trustworthy demeanor.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for data entry or reporting.
