About the Role:

This exciting opportunity seeks an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and develop exceptional service within a luxury care home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The role is key to ensuring the highest standards of care and living, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a service experience aligning with the care home’s family values (compassion, empathy, and transparency).
  • Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative working environment for staff.
  • Ensure all residents receive an exceptional experience exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Manage the food service operation including menu planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Create and maintain an engaging activities program for residents.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Manage and maintain the best first impression experience.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of food service operations, nutrition, and dietary needs.
  • Knowledge of residents’ needs and interests for appropriate activity planning.
  • Strong understanding of housekeeping principles and hygiene standards.
  • Effective budget management skills.

Job Facilities/Benefits:
