About the Role:

This exciting opportunity allows you to manage one or more grants for the UK’s first ever vertical satellite launches from UK soil, playing a vital role in achieving the government’s national space strategy. You’ll be instrumental in successfully completing these projects, while exploring opportunities for broader corporate involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee one or more grant projects through successful completion.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with grant guidelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track progress against objectives and identify potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Report on project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams and external partners.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in grant management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the UK space sector and related regulations.
