About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean and hygienic environments in our care homes. Your dedication to kindness and detail will create a welcoming and safe atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and rotas.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Report any maintenance issues.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.
  • Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience in housekeeping preferred, but training provided.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing a kind and caring environment.
  • Understanding of safeguarding protocols.
