About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas.
- Manage cleaning schedules and rotas.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in housekeeping preferred, but training provided.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing a kind and caring environment.
- Understanding of safeguarding protocols.
