About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting various retail locations, posing as a normal customer, and providing feedback on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations and complete assigned tasks.
- Assess customer service, store cleanliness, and compliance (e.g., age verification).
- Report on your observations and feedback.
- Execute telephone enquiries and home demonstration visits where appropriate.
