About the Role:
This role involves providing support to students in a night service environment, including front desk coverage, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, maintaining communal areas, and participating in wellbeing and social events. The primary objective is to ensure a safe, secure, and positive experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the front desk and respond to student inquiries.
- Assist with student room check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas.
- Participate in student wellbeing and social events.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for students.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations as outlined in the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students.
- Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Attention to detail for cleanliness and maintenance of communal areas.
- Experience in customer service (or willingness to learn quickly).
