About the Role:
Academic Appointments are seeking a School Receptionist to join our South Yorkshire SEMH provision team. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide excellent service to students, parents, and visitors. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, offers a chance to support a school specializing in education for children with Autism Spectrum Conditions and Communication and Interaction difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
- Provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the school.
- Manage incoming calls and communications.
- Process and maintain student records.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in school management systems (SIMS/Arbor).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Two satisfactory references.
