About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious automotive main dealer in North West London, seeks a skilled Parts Advisor to join their friendly team. This role plays a vital part in the success of the business by providing parts to both trade and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to trade and retail customers.
- Process parts orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve on both front and back counters, supporting both retail customers and the workshop.
- Manage parts stock and inventory to maintain optimal levels.
- Utilize motor trade parts systems for order processing.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a busy parts department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with both trade and general public.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience with motor trade parts systems.
