About the Role:
Connect Appointments are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator to join their team in Middlesbrough. This temporary-to-permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate load and delivery note creation.
- Possible involvement in warehouse order picking and loading.
- Provide driver briefings and de-briefings.
- Manage HGV service schedules, ensuring timely maintenance and collection.
- Execute general office tasks using Microsoft Office and Tachomaster (training provided).
- Act as relief Class 1 Driver to cover absences.
Skills and Expertise:
- Valid HGV C+E license (essential).
- Current driver CPC and Digi card.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with warehouse operations (desirable).
- 25 years or older (for insurance purposes).
- Minimum 3 points on driving license.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 30,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 19:30 working hours.
- Weekend holiday/absence cover.
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
