About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Quality Assurance Advisor to join the Operations team. This hands-on role is crucial in upholding the highest standards for client satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review submitted leads for quality and accuracy.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with current information.
- Provide detailed feedback to Managers and Directors on risks and improvement areas.
- Identify and highlight strong calls for training and coaching.
- Support the upskilling of new team members through training and constructive feedback.
- Attend client handover calls and manage lead acceptance processes, updating relevant teams.
- Assist with calling and lead generation when needed.
- Participate in onboarding and campaign setup, ensuring clear understanding of objectives and lead criteria.
Skills and Expertise:
- High organizational skills and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Motivational approach with experience in providing constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
