About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This exciting role involves posing as a typical customer to assess stores, services, and products. It’s a flexible, self-employed position with varying tasks and pay structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations and/or engage in telephone or home-based activities posing as a customer.
- Report on store cleanliness, customer service quality, and product displays.
- Assess compliance with company procedures, such as underage alcohol sales checks.
- Document observations and provide detailed feedback through various channels.
- Complete assignments following detailed instructions provided by Tern.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Ability to act as a normal customer whilst maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills.
- Accuracy in reporting findings.
- Reliable transportation or internet access for remote work, if required.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Wage equivalent to National Minimum Wage.
