Creative Support
About the Role:
Lead a team of senior staff and support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services in the Swinton area. Manage up to five supported tenancies and ensure compliance with service specifications and CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of staff.
- Ensure caring and respectful personalised support is provided.
- Manage accommodation and facilities effectively.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with individual support plans, service specifications, and CQC requirements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners.
Skills and Expertise:
- Demonstrable experience assessing needs and planning support.
- Experience deploying and supervising staff.
- Experience working effectively with stakeholders.
- Understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and long-term health needs.
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification (NVQ, H&SCD 3/4/5 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
