About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This is a completely free opportunity to assess stores and services, from clothes to phone enquiries and grocery store compliance. Tasks range from evaluating customer service to checking underage alcohol sales. Working as a self-employed mystery shopper offers flexibility with both in-store and remote options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations or conduct phone/online enquires as a customer.
- Assess customer service, product availability, and store compliance.
- Provide feedback on the quality of products and service.
- Document observations and findings accurately.
- Report any discrepancies or issues identified.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Experience in retail environments (preferred, but not necessary).
