About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This rewarding opportunity involves visiting various stores and businesses to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and other factors. You’ll act as a typical customer to provide valuable feedback, and the pay varies according to the assignment complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert shop visits as a typical customer.
- Assess store cleanliness, and customer service.
- Evaluate store compliance with standards (e.g., age verification).
- Complete product trials (e.g., trying clothes on, testing mobile phone services).
- Order and review food or drink.
- Report findings to Tern based on assigned tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to act as a normal customer.
- Willingness to visit different stores/businesses.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills for completing assigned tasks.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Compensation equivalent to National Minimum Wage based on task complexity.
