About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free service. Pose as a typical customer to assess various aspects of stores, from cleanliness to customer service and even underage alcohol sales. Tasks range from trying on clothes to conducting phone inquiries, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations and complete assigned mystery shopping tasks, posing as a regular customer.
- Assess and report on aspects like customer service, store cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct phone inquiries and home demonstrations, if applicable.
- Comply with all confidentiality and ethical guidelines related to mystery shopping.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act as a typical customer.
- Ability to adapt to different store environments and customer interaction styles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to report accurately and objectively.
