About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores and complete shopping tasks as a regular customer.

- Participate in covert mystery shopping assignments.
- Provide feedback and insights on your shopping experiences.
- Complete telephone enquires or home demonstrations, if applicable.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and act as a normal customer.
- A willingness to engage with various shopping scenarios.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
