About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores and businesses, posing as a normal customer, to assess various aspects of the customer experience. From trying on clothes to conducting mobile phone inquiries, your feedback helps us improve our understanding of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments at various locations.
- Evaluate and report on customer service interactions and store environments.
- Assess compliance with regulations (e.g., underage alcohol sales).
- Document and communicate observations accurately.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and professionally.
- Report on the results of shopping assignments
