About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free role where you’ll act as a typical customer to assess stores and services. Your tasks could range from trying on clothes to carrying out mobile phone enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert assessments of shops, services, and facilities, evaluating customer service and compliance.
- Complete various tasks, including product trials, phone enquiries, and meal evaluations.
- Report findings accurately and objectively, providing detailed observations on store cleanliness, customer service, and any relevant compliance issues.
- Evaluate customer experience and product offerings based on specific criteria.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide detailed feedback.
- Discretion and professionalism when conducting undercover assessments.
- A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to carry out varied tasks depending on the specific shopping assignment.
