About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves posing as a regular customer to assess various aspects of retail environments, including customer service, cleanliness, and product displays. You will collect feedback on various aspects of stores and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various stores and services (in-store or via phone/home visits) posing as a regular customer.
- Assess customer service, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Report on observations and feedback on standards of the service.
- Order products and/or services to evaluate business processes and standards.
- Participate in varied mystery shopping assignments, depending on the complexity of the task.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong observational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide detailed and objective feedback.
- Willingness to shop at different stores and for various products/services.
- Comfortable with posing as a regular customer.
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately record your observations.
- Ability to carry out assignments on time.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Wage equivalent to National Minimum Wage, varying by task complexity.
