About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores, completing tasks like trying on clothes or carrying out phone inquiries, and assessing customer service and store cleanliness. You can also work from home via telephone inquiries or home demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned mystery shopping tasks, posing as a normal customer.
- Assess customer service and store standards.
- Report on findings in a detailed and professional manner.
- Potentially test policies such as underage alcohol purchases.
- Engage in telephone enquiries or home demonstrations as needed.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and professional while acting as a customer.
- Attention to detail and meticulous reporting.
- Willingness to work independently.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Pay equivalent to National Minimum Wage based on task complexity.
