About the Role:
Warwick Schools Foundation seeks a dedicated Sports Centre Duty Supervisor responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our sports facilities. This role ensures the highest standards of service and maintenance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of WISF Sports Centres, including Astros, Tennis, and Netball areas.
- Ensure the safe operation of facilities and adherence to all safety procedures.
- Solve daily problems to maintain Sports Centre facilities, service and standards.
- Provide staff with constructive feedback and leadership in all situations, including emergencies.
- Enforce adherence to Normal Operation Procedures (NOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
Skills and Expertise:
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing staff and maintaining high standards.
- Proven ability to handle emergencies.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 25,249 to 27,825
- Working Hours: All year round, 37.5 hours a week, five over seven days a week, on a three-week rota, including one in three weekends. Weekends open until 18:00.
