About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through team performance.
- Manage the day-to-day store operations, ensuring cost targets are met.
- Maximize store profitability through effective sales promotion.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff to meet targets, leading by example.
- Oversee store management team and employee activity.
- Ensure sales, service, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory control and procurement effectively.
- Provide comprehensive staff training to meet company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Train staff on customer handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
