About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves posing as a regular customer to assess stores, services, and customer experiences. You can choose between in-store visits and phone/home demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mystery shopping assignments, posing as a typical customer.
- Assess aspects such as cleanliness, customer service, and product availability.
- Complete assigned tasks, including trying on clothes, making phone inquiries, or enjoying meals.
- Document findings and provide feedback on your experience to Tern.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong observational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shopping environments.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage, depending on task complexity.
