About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves evaluating stores and services as a regular customer, providing feedback on everything from customer service to store cleanliness. You’ll complete a variety of tasks, from trying on clothes to conducting phone inquiries, and contribute valuable insights to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store or online evaluations as a normal customer.
- Assess customer service, product availability, and store environment.
- Provide detailed feedback on customer experience and product/service assessment.
- Complete assignments as instructed.
- Report observations on stores and services following set procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility to perform a variety of tasks.
- Customer-centric approach and an understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Basic familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., mobile phones, online ordering).
