About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This is a self-employed opportunity to evaluate stores and services in West Sussex. You’ll be a valuable customer, assessing various aspects of the customer experience, from product displays to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform covert evaluations of retail stores and services.
- Assess customer service, product quality, and store presentation.
