About the Role:

We seek an experienced Global Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety programs across international projects. This key role provides an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with a proven record of driving change and delivering impactful global H&S strategies in corporate and office-based environments. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and implementing best practices across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage global health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of international health and safety projects.
  • Drive cultural change within the organization to embed best practices in health and safety.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and standards in all operating regions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to staff at all levels.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on health and safety performance metrics.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Chartered Member of IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health).
  • Proven experience managing global health and safety programs.
  • Demonstrable expertise in delivering health and safety projects in corporate and office-based environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.

Job Facilities/Benefits:
