About the Role:
Creative Support seeks dedicated and empathetic Support Workers for its Extra Care Service at Heysham Gardens, Carlisle. This role focuses on providing personalized support to older adults to enhance their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with service users and build trusting relationships.
- Provide respectful personal care to meet individual needs.
- Deliver personalized extra care services.
- Assist service users in leading active and positive lives.
