About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves posing as a normal customer to assess stores, services, and products, providing valuable feedback for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments in retail stores, restaurants, or other locations.
- Assess customer service, product quality, and overall store environment.
- Document observations and provide feedback on various aspects of the visit.
- Review and evaluate the customer experience.
- Carry out mobile phone enquiries or home demonstrations where relevant.
- Evaluate compliance, such as underage alcohol testing, if applicable.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
