About the Role:

Lead and manage a nursing team in a leading UK healthcare provider. Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes and excellent patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a nursing team.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care are consistently maintained.
  • Manage ward rosters and staffing effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and change management.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance.
  • Comply with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Skills and Expertise:

  • NMC registration and full compliance.
  • Proven clinical supervisory experience.
  • Ward Nurse experience.
  • Experience in roster management and staffing (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and use initiative.
  • Excellent knowledge and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Proven experience leading a team.
  • Experience in change management and transformation (essential).
