About the Role:
Lead and manage a nursing team in a leading UK healthcare provider. Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes and excellent patient care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a nursing team.
- Ensure high standards of patient care are consistently maintained.
- Manage ward rosters and staffing effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and change management.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance.
- Comply with CQC regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC registration and full compliance.
- Proven clinical supervisory experience.
- Ward Nurse experience.
- Experience in roster management and staffing (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions and use initiative.
- Excellent knowledge and compliance with CQC standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Experience in change management and transformation (essential).
