About the Role:
Ensure equipment cleanliness, maintenance, and safe operation, meeting all service level agreements (SLAs). Gain thorough knowledge of the cleaning area, procedures, and equipment/chemicals used, adhering to health and safety regulations. Successfully complete all required training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and safe working order.
- Adhere to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build and maintain knowledge of assigned cleaning area.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals, following health and safety procedures.
- Work within a team and independently.

- Deliver excellent customer service.

Skills and Expertise:
- Basic English communication and reading skills.
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable, not essential).
- Flexible approach to work.
- Open, honest, self-motivated, and determined attitude.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
