About the Role:
This role involves general reception duties and administrative support for the Therapy Service Departments. You will rotate between different reception areas and handle a variety of inquiries from patients, staff, and the public, both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general reception duties.
- Provide administrative support to Therapy Service Departments.
- Rotate between reception areas across the Trust.
- Handle inquiries from clerical, secretarial, medical, and nursing staff.
- Address general inquiries from patients and members of the public.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
