About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment at our 27-bed mental health facility in Hexham. This part-time (20 hours per week) role, including weekends, plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness.
- Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes.
- Maintain and replenish stock, ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Employ safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Comply with COSHH regulations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping, or domestic work (desirable).
- Knowledge of COSHH (desirable).
- Friendly, conscientious, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
