About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised qualification
- Experience in Band 5/6 Occupational Therapy practice
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
