About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical activities.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC Registered General Nurse
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Autonomous working ability and multi-disciplinary team collaboration
- Positive and dynamic approach to safe and effective care
- Excellent English communication skills
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday to Saturday shifts (no nights or Sundays)
- Starting salary up to 33,719 (based on experience)
- Overtime pay at time and a half after full-time hours
