About the Role:

This exciting opportunity seeks a highly motivated and experienced Campaign/Account Manager to join a rapidly growing mobile apps marketing agency. You will manage client accounts and lead marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google).
  • Continuously optimise campaigns using data analysis, A/B testing, and industry best practices.
  • Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Translate complex campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the UA team to share best practices and ensure campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated on emerging UA trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovations.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Extensive expertise in developing and executing data-driven UA strategies across multiple channels (App Store/Play Store, Google Ads).
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize substantial budgets for maximum ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of app meta optimization and Google UA campaign management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate advocate for data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Continuous learner and adept at adapting strategies to latest UA trends.
