About the Role:
Join Havens team as an Activities Leader, leading exciting activities and creating memorable experiences for guests at our North Yorkshire holiday park. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will ensure a fun and safe experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and safely supervise various activities, ensuring guest enjoyment.
- Engage with guests of all ages, providing clear instructions.
- Conduct safety checks on equipment and activity areas.
- Assist with setting up and packing away activity equipment, maintaining tidiness.
- Encourage participation, boost team spirit, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in activities or sports (beneficial, not essential).
- Friendly, energetic, and confident in leading groups.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle issues.
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and school holidays.
