About the Role:
Join Haven’s Activities Team in Burnham-on-Sea and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exciting activities and ensure guest satisfaction in a beautiful seaside location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup, operation, and takedown of daily activities, ensuring safety and guest preparedness.
- Engage with guests of all ages, providing guidance, encouragement, and a friendly presence during activities.
- Deliver safety briefings and ensure guests understand how to use equipment safely, following park guidelines.
- Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery, and other activities, offering tips and encouragement.
- Ensure activity areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Report any equipment or safety issues to the appropriate leadership team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Positive, energetic attitude with a love for outdoor and physical activities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with guests of all ages.
- High attention to safety and commitment to following safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in a similar activity, sports, or customer service role is beneficial.
