About the Role:
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to play a vital role in our Eastleigh supported living service. You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in line with regulations, and will be a key point of contact for families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all administration is undertaken in line with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Act as first point of contact for enquiries.
- Manage petty cash.
- Support with uploading data to the system.
- Maintain accurate records of people supported.
- Prepare documentation for new individuals, discharges, and transfers.
- Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle information with strict confidentiality.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
