About the Role:
University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust seeks a motivated Team Leader to manage patient administrators and data clerks within the Cardiovascular & Thoracic data team. This role supports a multi-disciplinary team by providing specialist knowledge on patient journeys, RTT pathways, and cancer waiting times targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of patient administrators and data clerks.
- Provide specialist knowledge on patient journeys and RTT pathways.
- Review and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Support long-term task completion.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with RTT pathways and cancer waiting times targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of data quality and its impact on patient care.
