About the Role:
A dedicated Administrator is sought for a well-established manufacturing company in Cwmbran. This permanent role offers a chance to contribute to a thriving team and support core business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office duties including filing and photocopying.
- Process shipments with FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
- Liaise with logistics teams.
- Monitor shipments and track orders.
- Update records using Microsoft Office packages.
- Issue accurate paperwork.
- Answer phones and manage customer inquiries.
- Enter orders and raise purchase orders.
- Generate quotes.
- Manage email correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- 2+ years of administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
