About the Role:
A temporary to permanent Administrator position is available immediately for a well-established Derby-based company specializing in carpet delivery across the Midlands. This role will require strong administrative and customer service skills to support the companys operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales calls and process orders.
- Manage stock efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform computer-based administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Complete other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience in a similar administrative role (desirable but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills.
Hours:
Initial training hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Post-training hours are 9am to 5pm.
