About the Role:
A temporary to permanent Administrator role is available immediately for a well-established company in Derby. The role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support, including processing orders and managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls.
- Process orders over the phone.
- Manage stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Expertise:
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in a similar administrative role (desirable, but not essential).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am – 4:30pm during training, then 9am – 5pm).
